Optional field-trip

There will be a guided field-trip to the Blue House cluster and the Wanchai community in the morning of 25 February 2017 (Saturday). In the tour, you will learn about how the urban renewal policy affects heritage preservation and how the local community seeks to revitalize their neighborhood. The field-trip cost is HK$150 (about US$20), which include transportation from CUHK to the Blue House. The field-trip cost will be charged along with registration fee via credit card.


Group rate

To encourage the participation and interaction of NGOs and educational institutions, special group rate is available for local NGOs and educational institutions. Please contact the conference secretariat at cuhcmconference@cuhk.edu.hk for further information.


Child-minding Service

As a family-friendly gesture, we will consider providing child-minding service to conference participants who have the need if there is a sufficient demand. Please contact the conference secretariat at cuhcmconference@cuhk.edu.hk should you be interested in the service. Please note that the child-minders would be student helpers, not professional care-givers. Children under the age of 4 will not be accepted.
